Klopp to make 3 changes – Predicted 4-3-3 Liverpool line-up to face Crystal Palace

Predicted Liverpool Line-up To Face Crystal Palace In The Premier League

Premier League football is set to resume this weekend following a two-week of absence due to the international break.

The Saturday afternoon clash at Selhurst Park is of great significance for the two contestants. Crystal Palace will welcome Liverpool to play a Premier League game of significance. The Eagles are fighting to stay up in the league whereas Liverpool are determined to grab all three points on the road to cement their place in ‘top four’. The game is likely to be a tight one as both teams will go for a win to solve their respective purposes.

Formation: 4-3-3

Jurgen Klopp has not experimented too much with formations and should line his team up in a 4-3-3 set-up against the Eagles, with Salah, Mane and Firmino leading the attack.

Probable Liverpool XI

Manager: Jurgen Klopp

Loris Karius (GK)

The German custodian has replaced Simon Mignolet as Liverpool’s No.1 following some commendable displays. He should keep his place in goal.

Trent Alexander-Arnold (RB)

Gomez’s injury will allow the teenager to regain the manager’s trust following a dreadful display against Manchester United. Nathaniel Clyne has not been involved all season and Klopp might not risk the ex-Southampton right-back this weekend.

Joel Matip (CB)

Although Dejan Lovren is back in training, it is the Cameroonian who is likely to retain his place against Roy Hodgson’s men.

Virgil van Dijk (CB)

The Dutch skipper has been a revelation in Liverpool backline since his winter move from Southampton and has been disciplined on the pitch.

Alberto Moreno (LB)

Robertson’s knock while featuring for Scotland is likely to hand an opportunity to Alberto Moreno who has lost his place to the Scot. The Spaniard will be determined to impress the gaffer and stake a claim for a place in the first-team.

Jordan Henderson (CDM)

The skipper has returned unscathed from the international break and will start in his usual holding midfield role this weekend.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (RCM)

The Englishman was impressive for the Three Lions during the international break and might be preferred over veteran James Milner in the middle of the park.

Georginio Wijnaldum (LCM)

The Dutchman was involved in his side’s majestic 3-0 triumph over Portugal and will be high on confidence ahead of the weekend clash against Crystal Palace.

Mohamed Salah (RW)

The red-hot Egyptian scored four goals against Watford prior to the international break and continued his glorious run while representing his nation as well. He is well ahead in the Premier League golden boot race and will be looking to increase the numbers.

Sadio Mane (LW)

Mane is set to start on the left flank on Saturday afternoon. His presence is always important for Klopp’s Liverpool.

Roberto Firmino (ST)

The in-form Brazilian would be raring to lead the line against Crystal Palace this weekend. A sure starter.
