Mourinho to make 4 changes – Predicted 4-2-3-1 Manchester United line-up to face Swansea City

Predicted Manchester United Line-up To Face Swansea City In The Premier League

With the international break done and dusted, Premier League will return to action this weekend. Manchester United face Swansea City at the Old Trafford as they look to strengthen their grip on second place in the table.

Jose Mourinho’s men are currently two points above Liverpool who have played a game more. A win against the Swans at home will see the Red Devils widen the gap to five points. United have won four of their last five league games and will be hoping to add another victory as they look to build the momentum before the Manchester derby.

Formation: 4-2-3-1

David De Gea (GK)

The Spaniard has been in top form once again this season and will be hoping to add another clean sheet to his tally on Saturday.

Eric Bailly (CB)

Since returning to full fitness, Bailly has been rock solid at the back and is a guaranteed starter for the game against Swansea.

Chris Smalling (CB)

Partnering Bailly in the heart of the defence will be Englishman Chris Smalling who wasn’t involved with the Three Lions during the international break.

Ashley Young (LB)

Ashley Young should start here ahead of Luke Shaw as the young Englishman is increasingly going out of favour at Old Trafford.

Paul Pogba (CM)

The club record signing was in top form for France during the international break and will be hoping that Mourinho gives him a chance to prove his worth for the club as well.

Paul Pogba

Nemanja Matic (CM)

Partnering the dynamic Frenchman in the middle of the park will be Serbian powerhouse Nemanja Matic, who has come into his own in recent weeks for United.

Juan Mata (RW)

On the right flank, Spanish international Juan Mata is expected to start. He will be hoping to make an impact on Saturday.

Jesse Lingard (CAM)

The England international was brilliant for the Three Lions during the break and will be hoping to carry that form into the game against Swansea.

Marcus Rashford

Marcus Rashford (LW)

The left flank is likely to be occupied by academy graduate Marcus Rashford, ahead of January signing Alexis Sanchez and French speedster Anthony Martial.
