Predicted West Brom line-up to face Millwall in the Championship

West Bromwich Albion picked up a resounding 4-2 victory against Bristol City in the mid-week. Darren Moore’s men looked dangerous going forward as Jay Rodriguez and Dwight Gayle got on the scoresheet.

The Baggies are now 3rd on the table and will be full of confidence when they take on Millwall in the Championship this weekend. Millwall are currently languishing at 20th place and this poses a good opportunity for Darren Moore to pick up another win.

Team News

West Brom are fortunate not to have suffered any real injuries so far. Darren Moore will be overjoyed to pick from a fully fit and firing squad for this game. Changes are expected to be made in order to keep the players fresh.

Probable West Brom XI

Manager: Darren Moore

Formation: 3-4-1-2

Sam Johnstone (GK)

The Manchester United loanee has been very impressive for the Baggies this season and will continue in goal.

Oluwatosin Adarabioyo (RCB)

The youngster will start on the right-hand side of the 3-man defence.

Ahmed Hegazi (CB)

The Egyptian is the kind of defender who is capable of playing more than 50 games a season and will command the Baggies at the back once again.

Kyle Bartley (LCB)

Bartley has looked impressive in the back-three and will start this game too.

Matt Phillips (RM)

Phillips is one of the Baggies’ driving forces going forward. He should start on the right-hand side of the midfield.

Jake Livermore (RCM)

Livermore’s defensive prowess will be vital in the midfield for West Brom.

Chris Brunt (LCM)

Brunt was benched for the game against Bristol City and should return to the fold for this one.

Kieran Gibbs (LM)

Gibbs has been a massive asset for West Brom since making the move from the Emirates. His raids down the left flank pose all sorts of threats.

Harvey Barnes (CAM)

Barnes scored a superb goal against Bristol City and should start as the No.10 once again.

Dwight Gayle (ST)

Gayle was energetic and venomous as he too picked up a goal against Bristol City.
