Arsenal’s deal to bring in young player Samuel Chukwueze seems to have collapsed as the player’s current club is taking a lot of time to make a decision.
Chukwueze has been on the Gunners’ radar for a long time now, however, his club, Diamond Academy is taking a lot of time to study other offers for the player and this seems to have lost the favor from the Gunners’ side.
The Nigerian U-20 international player had completed the medical examination and passed in it and thus, the Gunners were ready to offer him a five year deal at the Emirates, however the delay by the player’s academy to make a decision has led the deal to collapse.
According to allnigeriasoccer.com the Gunners were willing to pay £1.5million for the player only in the next summer transfers, while the club is demanding that Arsenal pay the fee now for the player.
