Charles Aranguiz to Chelsea?
Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea side are once again looking to spend more in the transfer market to sign both Arsenal and Manchester City target Charles Aranguiz from Brazilian side Internacional. The 26-year-old superstar was an integral part of Chile’s Copa America side that won the title and Arsenal were keeping tabs on him.
There were further speculations linking him to join fellow countryman Alexis Sanchez at The Emirates, but it seems that Mourinho side will look to sign him, after showing an interest in acquiring his services.
However, Aranguiz’s club have not announced anything yet publicly or have not even discussed the player’s potential departure.
The Blues have good links with the Brazilian club after signing Oscar from them in 2012 and will look to offer £8m to convince them to let Aranguiz move to west London.
The Portuguese boss is looking to add more talented players to his current squad as he looks to defend both the Premier League title and the League Cup.
