Zinedine Zidane’s Real Madrid managed to keep their 6 point advantage at the top of the La Liga table after picking up a hard-fought point from the first El Classico of the season at the Camp Nou. A late header from Sergio Ramos gave the Barcelona fans a heartache as they have loads of work to do, even this early in the season. The manager will now turn his attention towards the Champions League journey, where they are defending the title and will be up against Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday at the Bernabeu. They are currently 2 points off the top of the group table in Europe and will need a victory to finish top of Group F in this last fixture. Here is the predicted lineup that Zidane is expected to field for this crunch game:

Here is the predicted lineup that Zidane is expected to field for this crunch game;

Team News:

The manager will still be without the services of star players Gareth Bale and Toni Kroos who are both out injured. The German midfielder might yet make it the bench for this game. Alvaro Morata, Danilo and Coentrao are all expected to miss out on this game.

Keylor Navas:

The first choice shot-stopper for Real, Navas has been in decent form and should keep his place in the side for this game.

Dani Carvajal:

After a strong showing in the El Classico, Carvajal should keep his place in the side hoping to put in a similar performance in this game.

Sergio Ramos:

The Spaniard will be pumped up after scoring the equaliser against Barcelona at the weekend and will be high on confidence going into this game against the Bundesliga outfit.

Raphael Varane:

The French powerhouse has been solid at the back recently for Real and he is an automatic starter for Zidane this season.

Marcelo:

Though he did not have the best games at the weekend, Marcelo is a top class player and will be back in action this week against Dortmund.

Mateo Kovacic:

The former Inter Milan man was the first player to be replaced in the El Classico and he should be fit and ready to go on the night against Dortmund.

Luka Modric:

The Croatian midfielder is arguably one of the best players in his position in Europe at the moment and will start in the middle of the park for Real.

Isco:

Slowly starting to impress in a withdrawn role, Isco was influential up to an extent at the weekend and should start this game against Dortmund.

Lucas Vasquez:

The first choice for Zidane to replace the injured Bale in the starting XI, Lucas did not do much wrong in the high-intensity clash against Barcelona and should start this game as well.

Karim Benzema:

The Frenchman has been poor recently but he is the best option for Zidane up front and should start this game against Dortmund.

Cristiano Ronaldo:

Could not weave his magic in the El Classico but the UCL is his stage and we can expect some fireworks from the Portuguese on the night against the German rivals.
