5 Players Who Should Leave EPL (On Loan) Including Arsenal And Chelsea Stars

As some of the Premier League’s better young players are stifled at larger clubs, they should seek a temporary exit in January

Kevin De Bruyne

The Chelsea youngster is undoubtedly one of the Premier League’s best young players, but has found a place in the starting XI with competition like Juan Mata, Eden Hazard, Andre Schurrle and Willian ahead of him in the pecking order. De Bruyne is part of Belgium’s golden generation and has impressed enough in the Bundesliga with Werder Bremen to encourage a loan offer.

Thomas Eisfeld

The Arsenal youngster has everything needed to go on to be one of Europe’s top central midfielders. Blessed with pace, skill and a huge passing range. Potentially the heir to Bastian Schweinsteiger’s place in the Germany engine room, but will need to get more game time under his belt before Joachim Low will start to take notice of the former Borussia Dortmund man.

Luis Alberto

Liverpool winger Luis Alberto has struggled for game time since joining from Sevilla in the summer, but he has shown what he can do with smart skills and also link ups with Daniel Sturridge, Philippe Coutinho and Luis Suarez. Though his talent is currently being stifled by the Liverpool bench, and if he wants a place on the Anfield club’s starting XI, he will have to prove he is worthy, and to do this he will probably have to prove himself on loan.

Serge Gnabry

The young German winger has been tipped by many to go on to super stardom and also to become an Arsenal great, and with his showings in pre-season, he may just be set for that. But he may want to kick-start the process by going out on loan to another Premier League club and show just what he can do and how well he can cope at England’s highest level.

John Guidetti

The Manchester City striker is one of England’s brightest young striking talents, and has spent a successful loan spell in the Eredivisie in which he scored 20 goals in 23 appearances for Feyenoord. Guidetti could shine at one of the Premier League’s smaller clubs, and after showing his class in Holland, there is a good chance that he could be heading away from the Etihad stadium in January.
