3 Reasons Why This Manchester United And Arsenal Target Should Never Leave Bernabeu

Share

With the January transfer window ahead of us, many players and teams are out deciding what is to be done about their contracts. A lot of players’ contracts end in June 2015 and they are allowed to sign a pre-contract with another club, if their current club allows them to, in January 2015. One such player who has his contract up in June 2015 is World Cup winner Sami Khedira.

There are lot of speculation about the German international going rounds in internet with Arsenal and Manchester United reportedly linked with the German star. Even in Summer, he was linked with a move away from Madrud,  but  he ended up staying at Real Madrid. This season has been a bit of a tough task for Sami; he is not a guaranteed started in a star studded Real Madrid team and has been hit by injury, which has really reduced his playing time.

Sami Khedira

Speculation has risen once again about the future of the German but here are 3 reasons why he should remain at Real Madrid and not move to any other club.

Madrid still needs hims

Sami has just recovered from a long term injury for Real Madrid and after a long season last year, he needs to play a few more games for Los Galaticos to really regain his fitness levels. He was an automatic started last year but has fallen down the pecking order ever since the signing of Toni Kroos from Bayern Munich, also with Xabi Alonso gone, he is one of the few defensive midfield players that Real Madrid have, plus with the injury of Luca Modric during the international break is good news for Khedira at least.

Modric Injury

Khedira will get his chance now at Real after an unfortunate injury to Luca Modric while on international duty, Modric could be out for 3-4 months and the dynamic pairing of Toni Kroos and Sami Khedira which did wonders for Germany in the World cup could not play day in and out for Real Madrid.

Him getting back to 100% fitness will be the major concern for Real but once he is good to go, that midfield of Kroos and Khedira will be just as fearsome as any other midfield pairing in the world.

The best team in the world

Moving to another club from Real Madrid would be a downgrade if anything else, Real Madrid are the best in the world; there is no doubt about that. The team is filled with superstars and are probably the best bets to win the Spanish League and are out to defend their UEFA Champions League title which they won last season.

If Sami moves to another other club, probably outside Spain, he would not only be going to a new league which might take him time to adjust but also playing for any team like Arsenal or Manchester United would be a new experience but it isn’t Real Madrid. A new league might be a new challenge for Sami but taking part in a fiercely competitive and robust league like the Premier League is not the cup of tea that everyone can have.
