Fernandinho vs. Dele Alli
Another Manchester City player who had a horrible game against the Foxes was Fernandinho and he would have to be at his best if he is to keep another young Tottenham star under wraps.
Dele Alli has certainly taken the Premier League by storm and it would be interesting to see just how he does when he faces a more physical test from the Brazilian. Alli might have the silky moves but can he be kept quiet by Fernandinho?
Sergio Aguero vs. Toby Alderweireld
Sergio Aguero was the only player who actually left the last game with a bit of pride and wasn’t criticised for his performance against the league leaders. Aguero will be looking to score against Tottenham but he could have a tough time when it comes to who he faces.
Jan Vertonghen might be out for the game but Tottenham have found another player who has stepped up massively this season in Alderweireld. The other Belgian central defender would have to be really smart in dealing with Aguero but he should be confident in his abilities and shackling the Argentine on Sunday.
