Sylvinho
Arsenal don’t really have a history of signing players on a free so their next best free transfer would be the Brazilian Sylvinho. The defender might have been known for his marauding runs for Barcelona but it all started at the club in London.
He didn’t spend a lot of time at Arsenal with only two full seasons for the Gunners before moving to the Catalan giants but the Brazilian did win one Community shield, not the greatest of returns but it bode well for him when he shifted to La Liga.
