Napoli’s goal Machine Gonzalo Higuain is keen on a move to the Anfield this summer.
The Reds reportedly made an offer for the player last summer, however, they ended up signing Christian Benteke instead. However, according to the recent reports Higuain is looking for a move to the Premier League more so to ‘test himself’ and Liverpool is set to be him choice of destination.
According to the Mirror, Higuain asked Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis to seriously consider the Liverpool’s offer last summer, however nothing came of it then. This time around too the player is interested in a move to the Reds, although the Merseysiders were not able to secure the Champions League football next season.
Further, the Argentine international is keen on working with the Reds manager Jurgen Klopp, although according to the player’s representatives, Liverpool have not shown much interest in the deal as of now.
