Arsenal announced the signing of Egyptian player Mohamed Elneny after completing the move for a reported £5m. Arsenal’s first signing this winter, Elneny plays as a defensive midfielder and as such with Elneny’s addition to the squad, Wenger has taken care of his side’s lack of players in the midfield.
