Lucas Moura deal dead ?

United’s prime target Lucas Moura will not be seen in the Red Devils jersey anytime soon after his agent Wagner Ribeiro claimed that United are not willing to raise their bid for the Brazilian play maker.
Sao Paulo is not willing to let go Moura until United meet their valuation of £30million which could be too much for United.

His agent Ribeiro reported saying:
“Lucas Moura won’t leave. He is happy at Sao Paulo. There is no possibility he leaves now.

“Manchester United made an offer, which was rejected and they won’t make another one as they reached their limit.”
With Ferguson not willing to pay more than £26million the deal has hit a road block.

Various reports have gone on to suggest that United are after a young Argentinean midfielder by the name Ezequiel Cirigliano, who plays for River Plate and would cost around 5 million euros.

Malaga will hold onto Cazorla

There was much speculation of Arsenal signing Santi Cazorla over the last two days, now Malaga have stepped up and ended the saga by publicly announcing their decision to hold onto their star player.

With the financial problems that Malaga are facing it was earlier suggested that he could be sold to Arsenal for around £20million even though it was £15million less than his release clause, but now the deal is almost off with the club’s spokesperson stating:

“Cazorla is not for sale, we do not talk about rumors in the press and our plans are not to even negotiate his exit,” a source is reported to have said.

Milan show interest in MapouYanga-Mbiwa

Montpellier club captain MapouYanga-Mbiwa is roping in interests from Italian giants AC Milan as a replacement for PSG bound Thiago Silva.

Montpellier president Louis Nicollin who is well aware of the situation that Milan who have just made two massive business this summer would be having all the financial backup for spending big. He has stated that center-back MapouYanga-Mbiwa will not be allowed to leave this summer, unless AC Milan pay them the full €42 million they had received for Thiago Silva.

Also more bad news for Milan, as Barcelona have closed the door on any chances for the Italian club to sign Alexis Sanchez this summer.

Other News from the Transfer Market

RVP saga continues as various reports suggest that the Italian champions Juventus are in the lead to sign the Dutchman much to the displeasure of the Manchester clubs who are also in the running.

-Tottenham make loan bid for Roma striker Marco Borriello.

-Theo Walcott has played down reports he could be set to leave Arsenal. The winger has just one year remaining on his contract and could leave on a free next summer. But the 23-year-old has insisted that talks are in an advanced stage over a new deal.

– Newcastle may be prepared to turn to other transfer targets unless Lille reduces their demands for the sale of Mathieu Debuchy.

-Nigel de Jong might be off to Germany after Bayern have shown interest in the hard tackling midfielder and reportedly have launched a bid to lure him from Manchester City.
