Transfer Latest: Fellaini – Come And Get Me Plea To Chelsea And Liverpool Plot A Summer Move For Malaga Midfielder

Belgium International Marouane Fellaini has issued a come and get me plea to Chelsea after growing frustrated with his transfer saga over the past 12 months. A move to London seemed very much on the cards for the Everton midfielder, but David Moyes was able to hold on to his star during the January transfer window. It is inevitable that Fellaini will leave merseyside at the end of this season and Moyes will look to cash in on the Belgian, whose current contract runs until the end of 2016.

Marouane Fellaini was quoted by the Sun as,

“If Chelsea want to sign me, then they need to come forward with a bid for me, I have heard about Chelsea’s interest but I’ve honestly not spoken to them. Every season I’ve been here, top clubs have been asking about me but, for now, I’m happy at Everton.”

Fellaini also admitted that getting his side into the top four would mean everything to him.

He added: “It might feel better to play Champions League football for Everton than Chelsea, as they gave me my debut in England.”

Liverpool linked with a summer move for Malaga midfielder Iturra.

The Reds are rumoured to be interested in the 28-year-old Chilean midfielder Iturra from Malaga. Iturra will be available on a free transfer at the end of this season and a number of clubs along with Liverpool are looking to sign him. However, the Spanish outfit are still hoping to secure Iturra’s signature as they have already attempted to extend his current contract. But Iturra has rejected the proposal from Malaga as he believes  he could secure a better terms at a new club if he becomes a free agent.
