Atletico Madrid player Saul Niguez has attracted attention from many different clubs most notable ones being Arsenal, Manchester United and Barcelona.
Reports suggest that Arsenal and United are ready to put maximum efforts in signing the player which does involve a crazy amount of money being offered as wages or in any other form to the player. The clubs are facing stiff competition from Barcelona who is in the market looking for a new central midfielder and Niguez is said to have impressed the Catalan Giants, however, they do hold a first refusal option with regards to the player.
Niguez is under contract with Atletico till 2020 and a potential transfer includes a €45m (£35.1m) release clause. While Barcelona is ready to match up to Manchester United and Arsenal with the bid, reports suggest that the club will not be able to match the Premier League clubs where wages are concerned.
