Arsenal are looking to be in their best shape in years, with the likes of Aaron Ramsey and Olivier Giroud finally stepping up, while the signings of Mesut Ozil and Mathieu Flamini has added depth and confidence. Though there is one player who has been playing at the same level throughout his whole Arsenal career, and this season has been no different, as Laurent Koscielny has been a rock in the centre of the Gunners defence. Many people think, including myself, that Koscielny is the best defender in the Premier League, and with his performances this season, there is no real argument to prove the contrary.
