Sensational Waghorn, Inspirational Mount – The Best and the worst rated Derby stars vs Hull City

Full time: Hull City 0-4 Derby County

Derby County beat Hull City 4-0 in the second round of the League Cup away at the KCOM Stadium. It was a dominant performance from Frank Lampard’s men, who looked in control for most of the 90 minutes.

First half goals from Martyn Waghorn and Florian Josefzoon gave a good platform for the Rams to build on. For the Tigers, Brandon Fleming’s own goal 11 minutes from time sealed the fate for them, and summed their night up.

Mason Mount scored very late to give a dominant look to the scoreline.
