Chelsea are looking to bring in Edinson Cavani to the Stamford Bridge in the summer transfer window. According to the Daily Mail, the Blues will be approaching the player for the summer transfer move if Antonio Conte will take up the managerial position of the Blues next season.

Conte is the most appropriate candidate for a move to the Stamford bridge next season and he does have a list of players he wants to build his team around once he replaces the interim manager Guus Hiddink who is set to leave once the current season ends.

Reports suggest that Conte is a big fan of Cavani, who himself is having a tough time at Paris Saint Germain as he plays to accommodate Zlatan Ibrahimovic as a winger unlike his natural position as an striker.

Chelsea will be facing PSG on Wednesday and we can expect Cavani to be trying to make an impression at the Stamford Bridge.

The 29-year-old has made 39 appearances in all competitions, scoring 17 goals.
