Predicted 4-3-3 Crystal Palace Line Up To Face West Ham United – Puncheon And Zaha To Start

Burnley v Crystal Palace - Premier League

Sitting in the 8th place in the points table after 7 games of the new Premier League season, Alan Pardew’s Crystal Palace side are flying high early this season. They are unbeaten in the last 5 games of the league winnings three of them and are now getting ready to welcome a struggling West Ham side to the Selhurst Park this weekend. The Hammers have made a disastrous start to the campaign and will hope that they can get something from this game while Palace will try to get better and take all three points from this game. Here is the predicted lineup for the Eagles for this game:

Team News:

Alan Pardew will be ecstatic after reports revealed that first choice centre-back Scott Dann will be back in action for this game. He missed the last couple of games due to injury but is now back in training and is expected to start for his side. Pape Souare and Loic Remy remain the only other long term injuries for the side.

Formation: 4-3-3

Steve Mandanda:

Though not extraordinary, Mandanda has been decent between the sticks and should keep his place in the side for this game.

Joel Ward:

Sticking to his task well and keeping Palace’s goal away from danger, Ward has made a good start to the season and will start this game against the Hammers.

Scott Dann:

Just back from injury, Dann will be raring to go on the night and will be an important player for his side in this game this weekend.

James Tomkins:

Having put in some solid performances leading into the international break, Tomkins should keep his place in the side even as Dann is back into the team.

Martin Kelly:

Doing a decent job in the absence of Souare, Kelly will yet again take the left-back spot for this game and will have to be at his best on the night.

James McArthur:

The midfield engine for the Eagles, McArthur has done a great job so far for his side in the middle of the park and will have a similar role to play against the Hammers.

Joe Ledley:

Football - Pre-Season Friendly - Fulham v Crystal Palace

The Welsh international has been high on confidence since the start of the season and will keep his place in the midfielder for his side on the night.

Jason Puncheon:

An impact player for Palace, Puncheon, will start against the Hammers and will have a huge role to play in the final third if his team is to take anything from this game.

Wilfried Zaha:

Growing in confidence by every game, the 23-year old is now one of the most important players for the side and will start on the night on the right side of the attack for the Eagles.

Andros Townsend:

The summer buy for Pardew, Townsend, has not been able to set the league on fire yet but he has been a decent presence in the final third for his side and will keep his place for this game.

Christian Benteke:

Re-inventing himself after a move away from Liverpool, Benteke is now bang in form and will need to be ruthless if Palace are to take anything from this game.
