Who Would You Play: Arsenal Predicted Lineup vs Crystal Palace

Arsenal’s title hopes are far from over this year. They had a great chance this year to win the title but as always they messed it up in the second half of the league. The next game they will be playing is against Crystal Palace at Emirates Stadium on Sunday.

Arsenal have been a very inconsistent side in last few games as they have won just 2 out of their last 6 games and have lost 2. They gave away a precious lead in their last game and will be looking down to close the points gap between them and the leaders.

Here is the Arsenal’s predicted Lineup that could face Crystal Palace-

Goalkeeper: Petr Cech-

Wenger benched his first choice shot-stopper for a couple of games and paid the price for that. The remaining games for the Gunners are quite important because Manchester City has closed down the deficit and are just 2 points back. If Arsenal wants to complete their campaign in top three, they must start this player to stay in the league.

Defence: Bellerin, Gabriel, Koscielny, Monreal-

Wenger might get down with the same back four that competed against West Ham United. Bolasie and Zaha will be the threats for Arsenal’s defence and the full backs had to work really hard as Palace will be looking to avoid relegations and will give a tough competition. Mertesacker is also available for Wenger but then again, he lacks in pace which Gabriel has. Bellerin and Monreal will surely charge the team’s attacks from the flanks.

Midfielder: Ozil, Coquelin, Ramsey, Iwobi, Sanchez-

Francis Coquelin

Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez will be the first choice players for Wenger because one score goals while the other makes them. But besides that, Coquelin will surely start at his regular position and after missing a long playing time, Ramsey might return in the squad in place of the Egyptian Elneny. Iwobi, the star player for Arsenal in recent weeks might again get his start. He has played some exceptional games in the recent times for the club and has combined well with the club’s talisman Alexis Sanchez.

Striker: Danny Welbeck-

Though Giroud is an option, Wenger might go for this young Englishman as he has shown a lot of improvement in his game. He is quick, he is agile and is a good striker of the ball. Showed some great skills in recent weeks and will surely start against Palace.
