Official: Manchester United Complete Yet Another Signing

Its finally official news. After lot of speculation and announcement by the selling club, accidental reveal at Jose Mourinho’s press confirmation, Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been revealed as the third major signing of the summer by Jose Mourinho.

Mkhitaryan, 27 year old has joined United in a 4 year contract and a reported transfer fee of £26.3 million. Mourinho is an avid admirer of the player and he truly believes that the Armenia international will be able to change the game style of Manchester United to risk-takers from risk averse approach that we saw under Louis Van Gaal.

Mkhitaryan was part of Borussia Dortmund squad last season when the team came second. More impressive is that he had 23 goals and 32 assists in all competition that saw him being named Bundesliga’s Player’s Player of the Year. After completing the move, the player has dedicated this move to his late father who passed away 20 years ago.
