Manchester United are working hard to get a deal done for Benfica’s midfielder Renato Sanches. United is currently in a situation where they lack a much-needed balance between an attacking midfielder and a defensive midfielder. Thus bringing Sanches in will bolster their attacking midfielders option.
The 18-year-old is one of the highly rated midfielders and many expect him to be one of the topmost midfielders in the world.
According to the Daily Mail, United are preparing to bring the player into the Old Trafford and this deal may cost them £46 million.
Sanches’ move to the United will also help the teen develop his skills further. While young players like Anthony Martial,Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard have thrived under Louis Van Gaal, Sanches too may get similar chances if Van Gaal continues in his post as the manager of the United.
