Jose Mourinho is on a mission to make Manchester United title contenders once again. The board has reportedly agreed to give him a transfer kitty of £200 million and Eric Bailly from Villareal has already arrived in a £30 million deal. Zlatan Ibrahimovic is set to follow after the Euro 2016 and now Mourinho wants to sign Raphael Varane from Real Madrid as well.
Varane moved to Real when Mourinho was in charge and the two have worked together in Real’s title winning run during his stay at the Spanish capital. However after that the player has fallen down the pecking order and is said to be unsettled at Madrid due to lack of regular football and may be open to a move to Premier League in the summer.
