Manchester United Make €40m Bid To Sign Attacking Midfielder From Serie A

Premier League giants Manchester United have been linked with such a long list of players that at times it really becomes impossible to differentiate between the actual stuff from the gossip. Take the example of Lazio’s Felipe Anderson, who has been linked with a move to Old Trafford. Well, the Red Devils surely have a lot of talented players in their squad, yet manager Louis van Gaal seems to have a plan and is looking to add more options for the current season.

Further, what started as mere speculations very slowly become something noticeable on Thursday and Italy’s Tuttomercatoweb claimed a news as part of an exclusive.

It seems that a lot of news will follow soon, as the transfer window comes to a close and the Italians are the kings of the exclusives, though the reports might not hold any truth.

A lot of rumours were fueled by agents and club officials,  followed by journalists at Milan’s ATA Hotel and it seems it has become more of a tradition now.

Tuttomercatoweb added that the Red Devils made a €40m official bid to buy the midfiled superstar from the Serie A outfit, though bonus payments would be applicable in the deal too.

The news read as, “Manchester United fires the shot for Felipe Anderson, Lazio striker. As collected by our staff, the Red Devils have made an offer of €40m plus bonus for the acquisition of the Brazilian footballer from the class of 93.”

Well, if the news is true and a deal does go through, it will be a huge for the Manchester based side, who are looking to strengthen their squad.
