Real Madrid’s Keylor Navas will be part included in a swap deal to complete Manchester United’s David De Gea’s move to Real Madrid. The 24-year old former Atletico Madrid superstar was being linked with a return to Spain in recent months and a deal has been done now for a fee of €40m, with Navas making the switch to Manchester.
Marca had previously added that Real were willing to let the 28-year-old Navas leave for Old Trafford, who joined the former European champions on a six-year contract last summer from Levante.
The Spanish paper also revealed that Navas postponed his trip to the United States, to join Costa Rica in training prior to Saturday’s international friendly against Brazil in New Jersey.
Navas has started nine games for Rafa Benitez and is yet to concede a goal in the new season and was superb in their 5-0 win over Real Betis at the weekend.
Now Spanish Journalist Guillem Balague has Tweeted a confirmation for the deal, which will see the Spanish international return to Madrid, while Navas joins the Premier League giants.
