Major Signing – Manchester United’s First Summer Signing Edges Closer

It has been some time since Renato Sanches is linked with a potential move to the United. The 18 year old Portuguese player is now set to be the first to arrive at the Old Trafford this summer.

After a disappointing season to leave behind and so as to avoid making the same mistakes again, United started planning their next season long time back and Renato Sanches seems to be the first plan that got executed as of now, according to Portuguese newspaper A Bola.

The 18 year old player has been linked with a move to the Old Trafford since the winter after a season full of revelation at Benfica. The paper claims that the deal is set to be the highest priced for the Portuguese club and the final fee is decided to be £47.5m.

According to the paper, Benfica president wants United to pay £32m up front and later United will pay the remaining £15.5m as a bonus depending upon Snaches’ performance.
