Julian Draxler to Arsenal
According to Mirror, Wenger sees Schalke’s wonder kid Julian Draxler as potential replacement for Robin van Persie, as the Gunners are said to trigger the player’s release clause this transfer window. Arsene Wenger in on hot pursuit of a new, goal-scoring forward, after English international Theo Walcott being sidelined until this season’s end. Nevertheless, could the North Londoners possibly afford another move, which would eat another big piece of their transfer budget?
Arsenal are more likely to search for a cheaper option, after already splashing the cash on star Mesut Özil back on the deadline day in August. Still, the young German has a big potential, as a result the Gunners‘ manager could be tempted and insist in signing Draxler, at-least in next Summer. But with rumors getting heating up likelihood of this deal is also increasing every week.
