Speaking to Espn Star Sports earlier today Ancelotti seems to be interested in signing his former player.

“This is normal because a lot of players are linked with Paris St Germain in the market.

“The newspapers said that 100 players could come here. For this season, we have a very good squad but next year, I don’t know what is going on.”

He added: “Ashley Cole is the best left-back in the world at the moment.”

The England defender is in the final year of his Chelsea contract and if the reported rumors are to be believed then the player can leave Stamford Bridge as he is already having trouble to reach an agreement with the Blues.
