Share

With a ton of tasty fixtures coming up, especially the North London derby, which not only has a lot of history but a lot of goals in the past few renditions, Fantasy Premier League players will have a hard time to pick out a few players to put into their team.
Fear not! The brave souls who take time out to create amazing teams in hopes of scoring big, we have the answers for you. In our continuing series of providing the best tips about whom to keep in your team, we provide a list of five players who should be part of your team based on this week’s games.

Jamie Vardy

The top scorer in the Premier League, no it isn’t Diego Costa or Alexis Sanchez or Sergio Aguero; it’s an Englishman and someone who should be part of your team. Vardy now has scored 11 goals in as many games in the Premier League and the fairy-tale continues for him and Leicester City as they keep doing the unbelievable and came back to defeat West Brom 3-2. You should have him in your team purely for the goals; he hasn’t let us down yet.

Alexis Sanchez

Alexis Sanchez

The Chilean might have had an off night against Bayern Munich but with the big North London derby against Tottenham coming up, this could be the perfect chance for him to show that he hasn’t gone missing. To be fair, Sanchez has had a very good season so far and missing out in one game is acceptable. The Chilean would have a lot of fire in the belly when he goes up against Tottenham and with this fixture having a lot of goals, Sanchez could well play a part in them.

Christian Benteke

Christian Benteke

The Belgian hasn’t started a lot of games for Liverpool, but he certainly has been impressive whenever he has played for them. He has scored crucial goals against Bournemouth, Southampton and Chelsea, plus he is a handful for any defence. Liverpool play Crystal Palace and with Benteke looking in great form, he could well be amongst the goals and assists at Anfield on Sunday.

Jack Butland

Jack Butland

The English goalkeeper has gone under the radar, ever since the signing of Begovic from Stoke to Chelsea, it is Butland who has become the number one at the club and he has been exceptional for the Potters. Butland’s impressive performances saw him keep brilliant clean sheet against Newcastle and if he keeps performing in a similar fashion for the rest of the season, he could well end the season as the England number one.

Raheem Sterling

Raheem Sterling certainly is picking up the slack from the other City players as his goal scoring exploits continued in the UEFA Champions League. Sterling helped City qualify for the next stage of the competition and with him now firing on all cylinders; he could well do a lot of damage to one of the sides struggling in the league, Aston Villa. Sign him up for your Fantasy Premier League team while you still can!
