Falcao With Madrid link again:
According to Punto Pelota, Falcao has an agreement in place with Real Madrid. Atletico president Enrique Cerezo supposedly confided to some friends that Falcao has signed an agreement in principal with Real Madrid, and that he’d join up with the Spanish champions in Summer. Furthermore, Atletico chief Miguel Angel Gil Marin said Falcao was “very comfortable at home, in the team and city.”
I personally think this is made up because not long ago, Punto Pelota said Falcao would join up with Chelsea on the 1st of January. Today it is the 3rd of January, and only Demba Ba looks set to make a switch. Chelsea still looks one of the favourites to sign Falcao, but it is sure that the player will not move until Summer.
Chamakh heading towards Upton park
Arsenal flop Chamakh finally finds a club who is interested in taking him aboard. Signed from Bordeaux back in 2010 Chamakh has had a horrible 18 months after some initial good games. West ham are looking for a cover up for Carlton Cole while Andy Carroll returns from his latest injury. The Mail says that, the hammers wants to sign the striker as they believe it is good business to land the 28 year old. Arsenal will subsidise the transfer by paying part of his £65,000-a-week wages.
