According to the reports from talkSPORT, Manchester United’s Spanish Goalkeeper David de Gea might be a Real Madrid player soon. The Spanish Custodian’s camp are confident of securing the goalkeeper’s desired switch to Real Madrid before the transfer deadline of September 1.
The deal is likely to be struck between the two parties on Monday and it is also believed that United might reduce their pre-determined asking price of £35million for the club’s player of the season for the last two seasons. United wanted Madrid to break the world-record fee for a goalkeeper by spending out £35m on De Gea but the Spanish Giants refused to do so because De Gea have just one year left on his current deal at Old Trafford.
United manager Louis Van Gaal has already started to make De Gea pay by playing Argentine Sergio Romero and Sam Johnstone ahead of the Spanish shot-stopper. So, it will be a best decision for all the three parties if De Gea is sold to Real Madrid in this window.
