Liverpool are looking out to sign Udinese midfielder Piotr Zelinski in the summer. Reports suggest that the Reds are ready to table a bid of around £12m for the player.
The 21 year old player is currently on loan at Serie A side Empoli, wherein he has managed to score 3 times in 13 appearances. The player himself has accepted that there is interest from Liverpool and that the manager and he himself have already had talks regarding a potential move.
Udinese Sporting Director Cristiano Giaretta has also confirmed that the Reds interest on the 21 year old is a concrete one and the player may head to the Premier League in the summer.
The Merseysiders however, face competition from Napoli for the player’s signature as they too are interested in signing the player.
While the player has many eyes from the Premier League, it seems like Liverpool and Napoli are the only ones making concrete offer for him.
