Deal Done! Chelsea Manager Antonio Conte Is All Set To Make Juventus’s Midfielder His First Signing

Chelsea are looking out to sign Juventus player Kwadwo Asamoah in the summer.

According to reports incoming manager Antonio Conte has identified midfield as the main reasons for the squad’s dismal performances this season, with the likes of Nemanja Matic, and Cesc Fabregas showing inconsistencies in their displays after an exceptional form in 2014-2015 campaign.

According to the Daily Express, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is ready to spend up to £20 million for Asamoah’s transfer in the summer to the blues.

The player is a versatile midfielder who can play in the wings as well as in the full back positions. He will be a great addition to the Blues’ dwindling midfield due to his versatility. However, with the number of midfielders and fullbacks already available in the Blues, where Asamoah will fit will be a question which only Conte can answer.

With Premier League football and the Italian football being significantly different, one may wonder whether Asamoah is an ideal signing for the Blues.
