Arsenal In Advanced Talks With Borussia Dortmund Over The Deal For This Most Wanted Midfielder

Arsenal have entered negotiations with Borussia Dortmund for a potential move for Henrikh Mkhitaryan after having held talks with the player’s agent.

Mkhitaryan’s contract with Dortmund is set to expire in 12  months time, and while Dortmund is not willing to sign any new contract, the German club are not going to lose the player next year for free. Thus, we can already assume that the player’s move to the Gunners is a done deal, until another club comes with a better offer.

Mkhitaryan is touted by the press as a potential replacement for Alexis Sanchez, however, there is a chance that he can be a replacement for Theo Walcott, who has had tough season last few months and may be heading out of the Emirates.

With 23 goals and 32 assists in all competitions, Mkhitaryan may be a good addition to the Gunners’ goal-scoring front.
