Borussia Monchengladbach are looking out for Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen.
According to the Mirror, Gladbach are looking to add the defender to their squad in a £4 million deal in the summer.
The 19 year old impressed Gladbach during the first half of his 2 year loan with the club and as such it is not surprising that the club is looking to sign the player on a permanent basis and for a long term deal.
While Chelsea is looking to keep the player long term as well, as Christensen signed a long term contract with the Blues before leaving last season. Chelsea are prepared re-call the defender as they he has a future under new manager Antonio Conte.
He has made 31 appearances for fourth-placed Monchengladach, including five in the Champions League, and convinced Chelsea staff he is ready to be part of their first-team setup next season. He is 19-years old and has a contract with the Blues until 2020 and with Terry leaving, Cahill not up to the mark recently, Christensen will have a future at Stamford Bridge even if does have to wait a couple of seasons before featuring regularly in the starting eleven.
