The easiest group to deal with, Manchester City might have lost to Juventus, but they were already through and the victory for the Serie A champions was enough to see them through. The next set of games are between City and Monchengladbach while Sevilla host Juventus. The battle would be to top the group.
City are two points behind leaders Juventus, Sevilla are two points behind Monchengladbach who sit in the Europa League spot. A win for Monchengladbach would be enough to see them through to the Europa League while a win for Sevilla against Juventus would be enough to see them through to the Europa league as long as Monchengladbach don’t win at City.
