Breaking! Chelsea Agree £69m Fee For World Class Midfielder

As per recent reports, champions of England, Chelsea have agreed a fee of around £69m with Serie A giants Juventus to bring Paul Pogba to Stamford Bridge this summer. The Sun further added that a deal had been confirmed for the Frenchman, who is one of the most wanted players in Europe at the moment and was wanted by many big clubs across the continent.

Further, it was being stated that a move would smash the British transfer fee record of £59.7m paid earlier by Manchester United for Angel Di Maria.

It is not clear yet how the deal would be completed, though speculations suggest that either of Oscar, Willian or Juan Cuadrado could be heading to Italy, to bring the former United star to England.

The Independent also reported during the course of this week that owner Roman Abramovich had personally splashed out funds to get the move completed before the transfer window closes, after the Blues did not have the best of starts to the new campaign.

Chelsea have already acquired Pedro’s services recently and if Jose Mourinho feels he needs some additional reinforcements, the Juve midfielder could be on his way to west London in the upcoming days.
