Three Signings That Can Help Tottenham Win The Premier League Next Season

Ever since Mauricio Pochettino took over at Tottenham Hotspur, they have turned into a solidified, compatible and world-class team. Spurs have challenged for the title twice and secured elite Champions League football for two seasons now. This is clearly for two tasks.
