Wilshere Injury Update

Arsenal’s assistant manager Steve Bould gave updates on Arsenal official website about the availability of Theo Walcott and Jack Wilshere.

He confirmed that Wilshere who was rumored to be out for rest of the season, is now started light training. Walcott who was having pelvis problems is also back to training. Both the English stars have a slight chance of featuring in Arsenal’s game against Norwich City.

Bould told Arsenal.com,

“We have good news with both of them,”

“Jack and Theo are outside running, and have an outside chance of being involved against Norwich a week on Saturday.”

In other news, Bould also confirmed that Nacho Monreal will be fit to face West Brom this weekend despite getting injured against Reading.

“Nacho has recovered well from his knee problem from the impact of the post and has trained the last couple of days so is available for the weekend.”

“We just have Ryo [Miyaichi] and Abou [Diaby] out for the long-term so things are looking good in terms of availability.”
