Bayern Munich defender Rafinha has recently been offered a three year contract by Arsenal according to German magazine SportBild.
SportBild is known to connect one player from the German side to the Premier League with a potential transfer move involved and this time around seems like Rafinha is the one. Rafinha will be entering his last year of contract with Bayern Munich next season and at such a point of time a three year contract is a very good option for one to take up, albeit it is a true news.
The 30 year old right back, however Arsenal already have Hector Bellerin covering the position and SportBild claim that Rafinha will be playing anywhere in the back line which would add to strength and utility option for Arsenal.
Bild further claim that Bayern Munich themselves are looking to add a new right back into their squad, who is talented and Hector Bellerin’s name was the first one to get mentioned for the same. This does not seem like Arsene Wenger’s style of play.
