Warnock to make 2 changes – Predicted 4-3-3 Cardiff City line-up to face Derby County

Predicted Cardiff City Line-up To Face Derby County In The EFL Championship

Cardiff are at the start of a good run, with two wins in a row and they have hit this new found form at a good time if they would like to finish in the second automatic promotion spot.

Derby will be a bit more of a challenge for them that Nottingham Forest but in recent weeks, Cardiff have seemed more than up for the test, which will push them over the promotion line.

Probable Cardiff City XI

Manager: Neil Warnock

Formation: 4-3-3

Neil Etheridge (GK)

The 28-year-old keeper didn’t have too much to do against Nottingham Forest and he will be hoping his defenders keep it that way against Derby.

Bruno Manga (RB)

Manga played in the centre against Nottingham Forest but Bamba’s return could see him get pushed out to the right-back position. He has had an excellent season.

Sol Bamba (CB)

Sol Bamba could be in line for a return against Derby and will be hoping to continue the good form he has been in.

Sol Bamba

Sean Morrison (CB)

Morrison had a very impressive game against Nottingham Forest last time out and even got himself on the score sheet. Will be looking for more of the same on Tuesday night.

Joe Bennett (LB)

The 28-year-old has been pretty much an ever-present for Cardiff this season and is important for them defensively, tackling and challenging opponents in the air.

Joe Ralls

Joe Ralls (CM)

Ralls had a fantastic game against Nottingham Forest and got an important assist for the first goal. He was also impressive defensively and is an important player for the Bluebirds.

Aron Gunnarsson (CM)

The Icelandic central midfielder has been excellent for Cardiff this season and grabbed an important goal against Nottingham Forest last time out.

Callum Paterson (MC)

The central midfielder only replaced Bryson towards the end of the game against Nottingham Forest but has been excellent this season for Cardiff.

Junior Hoilett

Junior Hoilett (AML)

Hoilett has been of a different class this season and has 8 goals from the left flank. He has had a bit of a dry patch recently and will be looking to get back on the scoresheet against Derby.

Nathaniel Mendez-Laing (AMR)

Mendez-Laing has 6 goals and 4 assists for the Bluebirds this season and has done well on the right-hand side. Will be looking to finish the season on a high.

Kenneth Zohore (ST)

Zohore was on a bit of a dry spell until he grabbed a good goal against Norwich a couple of weeks ago. He hit the post against Forest and was a handful for the opposition defenders.
