Arsenal star Olivier Giroud scored a superb header to open the scoring for France in their Group E match against Switzerland, which they went on to win 2-5.
The Arsenal man, who was on the bench when France played against Honduras in their opening fixture was on the starting line-up last night and he didn’t disappoint Didier Deschamps for his decision. Giroud opened the scoring and also bagged a fine assist before he was substituted in the 2nd half.
