Transfer News: Leeds United plot swoop for Swedish attacking duo

Leeds are considering a move for Ostersunds’ duo Aiesh and Islamovic

Leeds United News: Leeds United plot stunning swoop for Ostersunds duo Hosam Aiesh and Dino Islamovic.

Marcelo Bielsa wants to add reinforcements to his side as he tries to bring the Swedish pair to Elland Road.

Player stats

Aiesh,24, has bagged an impressive four-goal tally in the Swedish top flight this season. He is normally deployed as a winger but can occupy several positions in forward. Aiesh made his international debut for Sweden earlier this year. Furthermore, he is just a game away from reaching 100 appearances for Ostersunds.

On the other hand, Islamovic is off to a great start with the Swedish outfit, racking up 7 goals and an assist in all competitions. The 25-year-old striker spent his youth spells with Fulham and Malmo.

Should Leeds consider move for the Swedish duo?

The Whites suffered a promotion slump as they failed to take control of their pole position in the final third of the competition.

Marcelo Bielsa

Bielsa’s attacking prowess left him bereft as Patrick Bamford suffered a dip in form while Kemar Roofe missed out owing to the injuries. And the latter one is also linked up with a move to Aston Villa. Meanwhile, the Club’s stance with the teenager Jack Clarke also looks bleak as he is on the radar of Tottenham.

With that being said, the Whites should consider the signing of the Swedish prospects who would bring a different dimension to Leeds’ attack in the forthcoming season.
