In recent weeks, Real Madrid’s legendary goalkeeper Iker Casillas has been constantly linked with a premier league move with both Arsenal and Liverpool interested in his service. Now, the Spanish star came out and revealed that he would not want to quit the European Champions any time soon despite the rumours.
Casillas told Marca,
“This has been my best year. We’ve won four titles and I managed to play in all of them.
“It doesn’t get much better than that and I can’t just forget those things because of a bad six weeks.
“I’m taking things one step at a time. I’m under contract here and have no reason to think about leaving.”
