According to a report in Daily Mail, North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham could be in a race over the signature of Michael Keane from Everton.

Keane has been excellent this season, that earned him a call-up in the England side. He did well in the last month’s Euro Qualifiers as well.
With those things in mind, Everton could demand a fee around £50million if any team comes up with an offer on the table.
Here’s why Tottenham should beat Arsenal over the signature of Michael Keane in the summer window:
If we take a look at Tottenham, their first-choice centre-backs Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen do not have their long-term futures sorted at the club.
While the former has one more year left in his contract and he is available for £25m this summer due to a clause in his deal, the latter only has a year left in his contract and could be a free agent by the end of next season.
Hence, it is imperative from the club’s point of view to sign a solid centre-back in the upcoming transfer window. All that being said, Michael Keane could be an ideal addition to this team.
The Englishman is relatively young and possesses a lot of qualities to come in and impact in the Tottenham jersey.
Everything points towards the conclusion that Keane could be a good inclusion to the Tottenham squad. Furthermore, with Spurs potentially expected to be short on centre-back options, getting the Englishman would suffice more to them rather than Arsenal.
