Top Three Strikers Who Will Take The Premier League By A Storm Including Manchester United & Chelsea Stars

With just two weeks to go before the Premier League rolls out another breathtaking season, we take a chance to look at some of the players who might stand out and consistently give stellar performances throughout. These players will be poised as game changers and will play key roles in their team’s success as far as the EPL is concerned.

1.     Robin van Persie (Manchester United)

The recently concluded World Cup 2014 in Brazil saw the Flying Dutchman in his most outstanding form yet. Comparing that to his club level performance of last season, (2013-14) many would suggest that the Netherlands captain is on a steady decline. Of course, what Louis van Gaal has managed to bring out of the aging forward is exceptional. Being connected on an international basis and now finally in charge of his club, Manchester United, expectations from the board and fans are soaring.

The Reds have surely put in a lot of effort in the summer transfer window and have picked up the fallen pieces of David Moyes’ reign and put them back to what might be a path back to glory. And van Persie fits into the road to being EPL champions once again. His presence up front alongside Englishman, Wayne Rooney, will prove to be critical for the upcoming mammoth season ahead.

Seeing as the ex-Arsenal player is quite injury-prone, van Persie will have to remain fit to the best of his ability if United have any chance of making up for the horrendous season they had back when Sir Alex Ferguson left the keys to Old Trafford in the hands of the Chosen One, David Moyes.

Basically, besides his injury-prone problem, there’s an entire plus side to his figure. He can match up to any opposition and has the zeal to blaze through the middle and spot the oncoming ball to strike it home. He can be physical in the box and his vision and composure separate him from any other striker there is. Fatigue is something he’ll have to work on, but considering he might have 1-2 seasons left, LVG will try to juice out whatever’s left in the star striker.
