The deadline day is finally over and what a day it has been! Just like last season when Arsenal suddenly pulled a rabbit out of the hat and signed Ozil on this day, this time United did it and have signed Falcao on a loan deal. It looks like most of the teams are relatively happy with what they have got, though some of them may have used a few other players for certain positions. 5. Alexis Sanchez
Arsenal started the window with a bang getting Chile player Alexis Sanchez from Barcelona. What made the deal more special was the transfer fee of £32 million, which is clearly a fee in the modest range for a player of his class. Barcelona needed to make arrangements for the money of Luis Suarez and thus they decided to part with a couple of stars from the squad and Arsene Wenger grabbed this opportunity with both hands. He has already shown what he is capable of scoring his first goal in an Arsenal shirt last week against Leicester.
