People were a little skeptical of Fabregas’ form as he failed to leave a mark at the Spanish club. Cesc Fabregas proved everybody wrong and blossomed in his new club from the very first game. He has provided the maximum number of assists in the Premier League, 16, much more than any other midfielder. He has generated 60 key passes and won 59 tackles. He generally operates from the central midfield position in Chelsea’s 4-2-3-1 formation. He has played a pivotal role for the league leaders and is one of the key reasons for Chelsea’s success this season.
