As pointed out by Gary Neville last year, if Arsenal move forward in the right direction (winning trophies) from now on, it (Wenger’s Arsenal career) will go down in history as one of the most magnificent managerial performances ever. Fans may criticize him for not getting a striker in the January window, but they have to trust Wenger, he definitely knows what he is doing. He has the ability to motivate and get the best out of the players. That’s why he is considered as a father figure to many past and present Arsenal stars. If he can inspire his team to perform well in big matches, then Arsenal’s trophy less run may end this season once and for all.
