Three Players Likely To Leave Chelsea In The Summer Including This Manchester United Target

Three Players Who Are Sure To Quit Chelsea In The Summer

Antonio Conte has helped Chelsea to their 6th Premier League title in his first season at the club. He spent decent money on his squad at the start of the season and has been able to use most of the stars regularly this season. They are a top seed in the UCL group stages next season but need further additions to make sure that they can compete at the highest level.

They have been linked with a number of superstars recently and that might see Conte let a few players from the first team squad leave the club this summer. Chelsea have few players who are finding it hard to break into the first team and here are three players who could well be on their way out of the club at the end of the season:

Cesc Fabregas

The Spanish midfielder has won 4 league titles in his last 7 seasons, in Spain and in England, and is one of the best playmakers in world football at the moment. At just 30, he has a lot of years of top flight football left in him and will not be happy warming the bench at the Stamford Bridge. Nemanja Matic and N’Golo Kante have been preferred ahead of him and with Conte looking for further additions, his time at Chelsea might be up. Manchester United, Liverpool and AC Milan have already registered their interests in the midfielder.

John Terry

The skipper of the side, John Terry, has already revealed that he will end his long stint with Chelsea at the end of the season. At 36, he is no longer a player who can play week in week out but is still one of the most reliable defenders in the league. AFC Bournemouth and West Ham United are desperate for his signature and with Conte planning to get in another centre-back to the squad, Terry is sure to quit the club this summer.

Willian

The Brazilian winger is one of the best players in his position in the league at the moment. However, Antonio Conte has preferred Spanish winger Pedro over him this season. Even then, Willian has been one of the most productive players for the club this season and is an important part of the squad. But Conte wants more attacking additions to the squad and unless he lets Eden Hazard or Pedro quit the club, Willian will be down the pecking order. Manchester United are interested in his services and it might be time for Willian to look elsewhere for regular game time.
